a day at the gym

I did a fitness assessment test today. I have room for improvement lol!!! duh!

Well I scored "excellent" in blood pressure (both kinds) and resting heart rate and bicep strength! Woohoo!
I need to improve aerobic fitness and flexibility and obviously lose like 13% body fat! By this time next year if I try hard enough I'll be maintaining my healthy body! ;)

After that was over I worked out in the group personal training session. She's brutal but it felt good! Then later on I went back and did Latin Dance class. She works ya HARD! You sweat buckets and it's sooo fun!

Yesterday I got all bruised up from doing spin class! My ass is literally bruised from sitting on that damned bike! However you sweat buckets in that class too I had fun and can't wait to do it again!

I have one month till hubby comes home for R&R from Afghanistan!
I'm in mission mode! GO ME!
